Hi, I'm Lindsey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 7 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and my Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno. My training has focused on clients with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs who are also struggling with relationships, mental health, and school-related issues. I have also worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, bullying, self-esteem challenges, learning disabilities, and much more. Additionally, I have significant experience providing therapy for caregivers and family members who feel overwhelmed and struggle to start each day. What should a new client know about working with you?
Finding the right therapist can be a difficult task. You want to work with someone you connect with and feel comfortable being vulnerable with. At first, I will focus on getting to know you and creating a safe space for you to share. I will help you figure out your goals for therapy and we will work together to achieve them. Therapy can be hard as you work through the difficulties of your past and start to understand your emotions. In our sessions together, I will provide compassionate, empathetic listening and evidence-based techniques so that leave each session feeling heard and one step closer to your goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
