Hi there, I'm Linh! I am a psychotherapist based in Orange County, California, and have been providing mental health support services in various settings since 2012. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am motivated and passionate about supporting clients in further developing their personal journey of self-growth and self-discovery. Using an eclectic approach, I help my clients recognize their strengths, core values and beliefs, and patterns, while also compassionately challenging them to create space for new opportunities. In my work, I prioritize developing an authentic therapeutic relationship, incorporating evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, while maintaining a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed perspective.
