Hello, I'm Lisa, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey towards a more meaningful life. You might also call me an encourager, connector, and lifelong learner. With a passion for helping others, I primarily serve adults 18 and older, guiding them through the challenges of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. My clinical and lived experience has taught me that people want to be seen, heard, and valued. I strive to provide that experience to each of my clients, recognizing that everyone has their own unique perspectives, values, and goals. My role is to let you lead the way, and I'm here to support you in developing skills in self-compassion, mindfulness, and emotional regulation. In our sessions, I utilize a variety of interventions primarily influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you meet your individual treatment goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Outside of my professional life, I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, always seeking new ways to better support my clients. I understand that reaching out for help can be a big step, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. If you're ready to start this journey together, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create the meaningful life you deserve.
