What should a new client know about working with you?

What sets my work apart is a focus on the deeper emotional patterns and attachment dynamics that shape how you relate to others and yourself. Rather than offering surface-level strategies, I help you uncover the roots of disconnection, and build self-awareness. Those I work with typically show elimination of panic attacks, and unhealthy anxiety.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical psychotherapy session lasts about 60 minutes. It begins with a brief check-in, where you share how you have been and what is on your mind. The main part of the session focuses on exploring thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or recent events. I will help you to identify patterns, offer insights, or teach coping strategies, depending on your situation. Toward the end, I will review key takeaways, suggest a skill or reflection to practice, and confirm the next appointment. The tone is usually supportive, collaborative, and confidential.
