Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NJ with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She is also a Certified Case Manager with 10 years of experience in the medical field, which has exposed her to a very diverse range of clients, diagnoses, and social situations. Lisa is here to provide her clients with a safe, judgment-free space to explore and address any challenges they may be facing or simply improve their lives and relationships proactively. Her intention is to meet her clients exactly where they are and equip them with the tools needed to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, improve mental wellness, build confidence, and ultimately achieve their chosen goals-both big and small. Some of the strategies she tailors to her clients' needs include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, person-centered/strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, behavioral intervention, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Aside from theoretical orientation, Lisa truly recognizes that one of the most important factors in therapy is building a trusting working relationship, and that is her priority. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with close family and friends.
