I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 15 years of experience helping adults and families find solutions and the motivation to recover. I practice solution focused therapy and CBT to help you achieve your goals and the space you want to be in. My personal and professional experiences have created a wealth of knowledge that able me to provide support and guidance that will lead to positive outcomes.
