Logan Adler, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Logan! I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to help break painful patterns, rediscover meaning, and live lives that reflect their values. Together, let's learn what it means not to survive, but how to thrive. My approach Effective and meaningful therapy begins with cultivating a foundation of trust and mutual respect within the therapeutic relationship. My priority is to respond to each client's unique experience with care, respect, and empathy—creating a space where genuine self-exploration and emotional understanding can unfold. When the roots of painful, recurring patterns are brought into clear focus and addressed appropriately, new possibilities for intentional healing, deeper connection, and mindful growth can begin. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all all approach. believe in tailoring treatment to suit each client and help them break away from undesirable patterns, rediscover meaning, and live aligned with their values. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, conflict resolution, relationship conflict, family difficulties, and life transitions. I utilized an integrative method that is rooted in a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and Family Systems Theory. My goal is to help my clients feel more empowered and learn tools to feel more connected to themselves and the world around them. My focus In my experience, my therapeutic style resonates with adults who are ready to create meaningful change and are open to re-choreographing the well-rehearsed patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we’ll work to shift the rhythm of your life toward greater alignment, intention, and growth. Individual Therapy Services are uniquely designed for adults navigating life's trials and tribulations.
