I am a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida and North Carolina. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Mennonite University. For over 10 years, I've had the opportunity to work with people from all backgrounds around the world. Through my experiences and focused training, I am confident in my ability to help those struggling with adult ADHD, PTSD or emotional trauma, relationship issues, parenting challenges, anxiety/depression, and perinatal mood disorders. Seeking therapy can feel hard, daunting, or even like a waste of time. However, finding a good therapist can be truly cathartic, healing, and life-changing.
