Because Lorena takes the time to listen to me. She tries to help me problem solve.

It sucked, because it didn't happen. She sent a cancellation email, and said it was my fault because I didn't do something I didn't know I was supposed to do. I didn't get any emails or texts saying I needed to do anything but wait for my Dr to text or email me about how to set up for the video call. I confirmed the visit as far as I understood, and never heard from the Dr until I got the cancellation email. I don't understand what I didn't do right and there's no way of actually asking anyone or the Dr. I'm frustrated with how this went with this Dr. I'm going through allot, and really needed someone to talk to.
