I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience supporting individuals and families in social work and behavioral health settings, including three years providing direct therapy services. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations facing a variety of challenges, which has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. I am passionate about guiding individuals through life's challenges while fostering self-esteem, confidence, and a deep sense of worthiness, wholeness, and belonging. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space grounded in authenticity, empathy, cultural humility, and collaboration. My approach is attentive, honest, and tailored to the unique needs and goals of each person I serve. My goal is to collaborate with those I serve to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change so they can live more fulfilling and purposeful lives. Together, we will navigate challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical tools that support growth and well-being. Outside of my professional life, family is at the heart of who I am. I am the proud parent of seven children-three biological, two fostered, and two adopted. With my youngest recently turning 18, I am embracing an exciting new chapter of life. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors at the lake, beach, or mountains, hiking, picnicking, and appreciating the peace that nature provides. My greatest joy is spending time with family and friends, especially my grandchildren. I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and courage, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey toward greater wellness, growth, and fulfillment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
