Getting to know Lorin Dunston

Hello! My name is Lorin Dunston. I currently hold my LCSW and CADC, and I'm in the process of finishing my PhD. I typically work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, and more. I enjoy helping individuals find a new sense of self, love themselves fully, discover new coping skills, and navigate postpartum challenges. I enjoy working in an informal setting—think of our sessions as talking to your best friend who can never tell your secrets. We'll use modalities like CBT, DBT, grief therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I like to first focus on getting comfortable with each other, creating goals, identifying what may be hard to discuss, and moving forward with growth. I look forward to working with each and every one of you. I prefer working with ages 10 and above, but I'm always open to a new challenge.
