It's normal for the thought of therapy to be intimidating! I'm here to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to more freely explore the things that are bothering you. I will help empower you on the path to figuring it out and living a more authentic life. In addition to your own treatment goals, I try to build awareness of healthy boundaries with other people, things, and even yourself. My style is very client-centered, and although I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my therapeutic approach varies depending on the needs of my client.
