If you are dealing with difficult emotions and can't seem to stop worrying about the future or ruminating about the past, I can help! My approach to therapy is holistic, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. In our first session, you can expect to learn more about somatic therapies and other mind-body bridging practices. By the end of the session, you will have some tools you can start using right away. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
