I'm Loryn Chás (Chase), PhD, LCPC, NCC, dedicated to helping individuals break through the barriers of generational trauma and self-doubt. I specialize in supporting clients as they dismantle unhealthy cycles and reclaim their lives through a holistic, empowering approach.
I believe that practiced behaviors evolve into generational patterns—and that cycles of trauma normalized within families can begin to feel inescapable. Like an invisible illness, we sense something is wrong, yet we struggle to name it, trace its origins, or understand how to heal. My work centers on helping people become aware of the normalized trauma they carry and empowering them to use that awareness as fuel—breaking learned, survival-based, trauma-rooted patterns to tap into their innate strength and actualize their greatness, regardless of the setbacks they've faced.
Through our work together, clients often experience a profound sense of liberation from mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual pain—leaving with renewed energy, deeper self-awareness, and a fresh perspective on their relationships, purpose, and potential.
