Lou Ann received a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University and is certified as a trauma-informed yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F). She works with a wide range of concerns, including PTSD and complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting, and identity exploration. Lou Ann uses a variety of modalities, tailored for each client's unique journey, including internal family systems (IFS), inner child work, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, somatic and embodied practices, psychodynamic therapy, narcissistic abuse recovery, art, and nature therapy.
