In addition, I’m certified in neuropsychology, which allows me to take a deeper look at how the brain and mind work together. This helps me support clients with a wide range of needs, from relationship and intimacy concerns to dissociative disorders and the unique life transitions of both younger and older adults. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I tailor each session to your unique needs, using proven methods such as Schema Therapy to get to the root of challenges and build long-term solutions. Most importantly, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment. Together, we’ll work step by step to create strategies that fit your life and move you closer to healing, resilience, and well-being.
