“Lucia has been profesional and empathetic with me, I’ve had very bad experiences with therapist to be sincerely up to the the point I’ve decided not to have therapy, I chooses to tried one more time because I have severe depression and PTSD, and I'm happy I did.
The treatment and process with Lucia have helped me a lot to overcome and be able to be part of society aging, I'm functional aging I have a job and also go to school.

Getting to know Lucia Heye
Compassion, empathy, and validation are what I strive for when collaborating with clients. We all need a compass in life to help guide us when we are lost or have gotten off track. As a licensed therapist with a Master's in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, it is my passion to help guide and navigate my clients in rediscovering themselves and reaching their true authentic selves?a process that can often be challenging and daunting.
I firmly believe that every client is entitled to an enriching life. My goal is to motivate clients in ascertaining their inner strengths, abilities, and inspirations. I have an extensive background in treating clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, unresolved childhood trauma, substance abuse and recovery from substance abuse, identity issues, men's issues, along with several other life struggles. I provide short-term therapy, trauma-informed, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing/addiction recovery.
