Hello, I am Lucila Bravo, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with 11 years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I use a humanistic, intersectional approach to help men, women, and children achieve a fulfilling life. My therapeutic sessions are compassionate, light-hearted, and genuine, and I have experience supporting clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I have worked with diverse populations, including those in foster care systems, corrections, and addiction recovery. I create an open and safe environment where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. What should a new client know about working with you?
After the first therapy session, clients will feel heard, understood, and emotionally supported, with a clear direction for achieving their goals. Together, we will define the path of therapy, and they will leave with specific tools to maintain their progress.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
