My approach I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. I take a client centered approach in therapy to shape sessions to your needs and provide a safe and calm environment. My focus At times we all have gone there difficult moments/challenges that require support and understanding. I am here to provide that space for you, to be able to navigate these difficult moments in life. My communication style I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences in a calm and patient manner.
