My greatest passion is to help individuals transition from merely surviving to truly thriving. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or navigating life transitions, grief, LGBTQIA+ related issues, compassion fatigue, burnout, or any of life's other challenges, I'm here to support you. I'm licensed in Georgia and have spent over 7 years working at a community mental health facility. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of various mental health issues and disorders. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with my clients to identify and achieve their personal goals. In our sessions, I incorporate traditional talk therapy along with other therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for you.
