Without purpose, we lack direction and may be more likely to give up, allowing bad habits to take over. As a Christian, US Army veteran, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Southeastern University, I enjoy helping people strive to be the best version of themselves. I believe working on both mental and physical health is essential. When someone is their best self, they become a better family member, spouse, son or daughter, and coworker. My role is to motivate, challenge negative thinking, help develop positive coping skills, create a plan, and much more. I would be honored to help you along your journey!
