Our lives are constantly changing, and often we forget to take the time to care for ourselves mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I believe that each person has the power to change and transform into who they are meant to be. Whatever stressors you are facing, I am here to help. My specialty areas include parenting, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, substance use and health concerns, and grief/loss. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Albany State University, Albany. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a patient-centered approach to meet clients where they are.
