I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Drawing on my background in social work and case coordination, I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and believe that meaningful change begins with feeling supported and connected. I work closely with clients and families to build healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen resilience, and foster confidence in navigating difficult situations. As a bilingual clinician, I provide care in both English and Spanish and am committed to creating a culturally responsive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help individuals and families build on their strengths, grow through challenges, and work toward greater emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
