I will work with you to help you process your feelings, identify realistic goals that are specific and unique to you, and develop helpful coping skills. I utilize person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I aim to be a solid object and positive support in my clients’ lives.
