Getting to know Lynda Rostar
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience providing therapy to teenagers, young adults, and adults. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through many different seasons of life, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief, and major life transitions.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel truly heard, and know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and explore the changes you want to make.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique story. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you by offering support, perspective, and tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered. Together, we can work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
