I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of West Florida. I specialize in issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression through an eclectic approach combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person-Focused Therapy, to name a few, to help my clients achieve their goals.
