This is when we could all use a little help, someone who is outside ourselves that sees things differently and can show us what we may be missing. I recognize the importance of mental health and know the ways that it can impact every facet of life. I use my experience as a person and a professional to create an individualized approach for each person I see. I am a Licensed Professional Independent Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in the State of Ohio. My specialty is in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, prenatal and postpartum issues, relationship/intimacy issues and life transitions. Although, I have experience in working with a wide variety of individuals, I am passionate about exploring life transitions, relational stressors, and women's issues.I will be your mirror, I will challenge you, I will help you understand yourself, and I will help you create the life you truly want.
