Hello, I'm Lynne Kelly, founder of The Healing Journey (THJ), an introspective, transformative experience providing a safe, engaging environment for clients to evaluate their past, assess their present, and drive toward a thriving, self-envisioned future. The work is not easy, but that is the beautiful part of embarking on your personalized journey. My approach I am a Psychotherapist utilizing Cognitive Behavioral interventions and a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) who incorporates Art Therapy, Life Coaching, and EMDR techniques. I hold a Master?s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, equipping me to support clients effectively. My focus I serve clients from diverse backgrounds, encouraging authentic self-expression without fear, judgment, or shame. THJ values counseling for all individuals and groups?regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religious beliefs, or cognitive/physical abilities. The Healing Journey is for all. My communication style I create a non-judgmental, safe environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear of rejection.
