What should a new client know about working with you?

INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY, COUPLES THERAPY, KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY I have been trained and experienced in various therapeutic perspectives and approaches, such as psychodynamic therapy, insight-oriented therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Buddha psychology, and humanistic psychotherapy. I support giving in-between-session assignments and ask you to use journaling for self-reflection and growth. I believe in delving into one's past experiences to understand how they impact their present. I aim to assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of your behavioral patterns and support you in making sustainable changes in your life. I am here to help you to connect the dots between different aspects of your life, such as your experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. By doing so, you can better understand yourself and increase your self-awareness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

COUPLES, INDIVIDUALS, AND KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY For COUPLES, the first session will be a 90-minute consultation. During this session, I will provide you and your partner with the opportunity to share your perspectives on what has been causing a breakdown in your relationship. I'm interested in learning more about your unique love story, and we will discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy. For an INDIVIDUAL, your first session will be a 90-minute assessment. During this session, I will get to know you better by discussing your life experiences starting from an early age to the present time. We will also talk about your goals and what you would like to achieve through therapy. Individuals and couples who are interested in KETAMINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP) will first have a preparation session that lasts for 60-90 minutes. During this session, we will discuss what you can expect in KAP dosing sessions and explore your intentions. This will help us determine what you want to explore during your KAP experience.
