I work with young adults from ages 18-35 aiming to get 'unstuck' by managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. Together we'll create a growth plan for your needs whether it be to process past events, build coping strategies, or explore your personal goals. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication rooted in empathy and trust to create a supportive environment for connection. I empower you to make directional choices during session to best suit your needs, but will provide insight on patterns I notice to gently challenge you towards your goals.
