She supports individuals facing various mental health concerns, including substance use, postpartum challenges, fertility issues, and other men’s and women’s health matters. She approaches each session with the commitment to meet the unique needs of every person or couple. Madaline does not define individuals by their behaviors; instead, she sees each person as separate from their actions. She believes this perspective helps clients view themselves in a new and more positive light.
Her typical therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills teaching, Socratic questioning, motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness.
In her free time, Madaline enjoys hiking, reading, weight lifting, and spending time outdoors in nature with her daughter and partner.
