Many of my clients have struggled with their sense of self and the patterns that have kept them from living a life that feels joyous and peaceful. Often feeling stuck in place, my clients have had a challenging time navigating how to break these cycles by themselves. Luckily, this is not a journey that needs to be traveled alone. I specialize in working with individuals who experience challenges with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, self esteem/ self-worth issues, and intimacy/interpersonal relationship issues. I love working with individuals and couples, ranging from adolescence to those who are advanced in years.
