Hi there, I'm Madelin! I am Madelin Taveras, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am highly motivated to assist you in achieving your goals and processing relational issues in a safe and caring environment. It is imperative for you to feel supported and understood throughout your journey. My approach is CBT and solution-focused. I am currently working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relational issues, co-parenting, and separation. My communication style aims to provide clients with a warm and safe environment where we can process emotions freely and openly. I have had a variety of clinical experiences with different populations, from children to the elderly. I am also fluently bilingual in English and Spanish. My journey to therapy has been inspired by over 10 years of working with inpatient populations, which motivated me to provide more individualized interventions that enhance ongoing care. I love being able to support clients in their journeys.
