My journey to mental healthcare As the oldest of five, I grew up learning the importance of empathy, patience, and truly listening to others. I began my journey in speech pathology, but soon realized I wanted a deeper way to connect with people. Therapy became that path, allowing me to support others as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, & grow into their best self My goals for you Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals based on what matters most to you. I’ll help you break them into manageable steps, track progress, and celebrate growth along the way.
