Getting to know Madi Franck

Have you been seeking personal growth, relief from emotional distress, or support navigating complex life circumstances and relationships? I’d be honored to support you in exploring paths to healing and wellness by attending to somatic responses to emotions, diving into root causes related to your current challenges, and seeking solutions that help you navigate toward your values. I believe deeply in restorative practices, client agency, therapeutic partnership, harm reduction, and radical compassion. I have experience working with people facing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, burnout, workplace issues, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders, voices, and unusual beliefs, among other relational challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions. I look forward to supporting you on your path to wellness!

What should a new client know about working with you?

During the first session, I will have the opportunity to get to know you and what's important to you. We will dive into your values and set goals for therapy. As we progress, we will move at a pace that is comfortable for you working through past experiences and things happening presently. We will build a strong theraputic relationship and space that feels safe, welcoming and comfortable where you can bring challenges without fear of judgement.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
