IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help clients understand how their experiences have shaped the way they see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and work toward meaningful changes that feel true to who you are and where you want to go. When appropriate, I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support trauma healing. I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel comfortable being yourself and don’t have to arrive with everything figured out. Our work is collaborative, and I’ll meet you where you are while also encouraging you to look at things from new perspectives. We’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and find practical ways to move toward the life you want.
