I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling and a Master's in Addiction Counseling, both from Grand Canyon University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an easy going, non judgemental and unbiased therapist. I am warm, direct and humorous at the same time. My therapy approach is eclectic. which means I can use various treatment modalities to address the clients need. My approach is that one size does not fit all, so what this means , is that I find the best approach that works for the client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I strive to make the process comfortable, supportive, and tailored to your needs. What to Expect: 1?? First Session: We’ll start with an initial conversation where I’ll get to know you—your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is a collaborative space where you can share at your own pace. The 1st step is evaluating, assessing , and treatment recommendations. 2?? Ongoing Sessions: We’ll work together to explore patterns, build coping skills, and gain deeper self-awareness. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my approach to best support you. Therapy sessions are scheduled , whether it is weekly, bi weekly, monthly or as needed. Sessions are usually in the evenings and weekends. 3?? Progress & Growth: As we continue, we’ll regularly check in on your goals and make adjustments to ensure therapy is helping you feel more empowered, balanced, and in control of your life. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, therapy can provide clarity and relief. Let’s take that first step together. Therapy session are individualized and therapy sessions are typically according to our mutually agreed schedules. Therapy sessions are usually evenings and weekends
