There comes a time when we want to make a positive change in our lives-and sometimes we need support from someone outside ourselves. I honor your courage in the uncertainty of change and am here to support you. Together, we can navigate your core beliefs and patterns, shift what no longer serves you, and uncover your innate capacity for healing. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, fear, loneliness, loss, transition, doubt, or relationship challenges, I provide an empowering, compassionate space for you to gain insight and work through these difficult moments. I hold a Master's in Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my approach to fostering growth and resilience.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I welcome preteens, adolescents, adults, families, couples with a playful and encouraging style. I meet you where you are and honor you as the expert in your life. Our therapeutic relationship will serve as a container for your positive transformation, shedding that which no longer serves and calling in what nourishes, energizes and enlivens you toward your most fulfilling life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
