Getting to know Mahsa Moradi

Hi there, I'm Mahsa! I'm a Marriage and Family therapist committed to creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences and build healthier connections. I work collaboratively with clients to foster understanding, resilience, and meaningful changes. My focus I support individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and relational changes. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward a more grounded and empowered sense of self. My approach My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on creating a safe space where clients feel seen and supported. I integrate evidence-based practices with a warm, relational style to help individuals and families build insight, strengthen connection, and move toward meaningful change. My communication style My communication style is warm, clear, and straightforward. I aim to create an atmosphere where clients feel safe, understood, and gently guided toward insight and growth. My journey to mental healthcare I chose this profession because I have always been inspired by people's capacity to heal, grow, and transform their lives and relationships. My therapy journey started with a desire to help others feel seen and supported, especially during difficult moments. My goals for you I approach goals with curiosity and reflection, helping clients explore the deeper needs or patterns guiding what they want to accomplish. This allows us to create goals that are not only practical but also rooted in personal insight and long-term changes. Our first session The first session is a chance for us to slow down, talk about what's been weighing on you, and get a sense of how therapy can best support you. You set the tone-I'll ask guiding questions, but I'm equally here to listen.

Mahsa is an excellent therapist—kind, patient, and insightful. She helped us communicate better and strengthen our relationship. We highly recommend her!
I brought my son to therapy to help him through challenging behaviors that he was experiencing at school and at home because he was not expressing himself. And with therapy he’s gotten better
she’s very supportive, and she’s a great listener. She often tries to encourage small self-care actions to help soothe stress stresses of everyday life. She’s very big on communicating that life is where it is, and maybe we don’t have to have it all figured out, we just need to figure out what the next step is to keep going.
Mahsa was a ray of light when we were running out of options to help our son's explosive behavior with real consequences at school. She was attentive, responsive, and available. She worked through age appropriate activities and solutions. We saw immense improvement in behavioral regulation. I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough.
Mahsa is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She’s steady, clear, and genuinely supportive without ever feeling performative. Her attitude makes it easy to open up, and her guidance has helped me through some of my hardest moments. She listens, she understands, and she actually helps you move forward. I’m grateful for the work we’ve done, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who’s truly effective.
