She is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Mai works collaboratively with her clients to help them find healing through authenticity. Your sessions will be warm and compassionate, allowing you to share and work through challenges.
