I am a licensed social worker who likes to help people through difficult times by walking you through the everyday challenges we face and provide new ways to cope and think about the difficulties. I provide empathy and excellent communication while building up our therapeutic relationship.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and addiction. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Regulation, and Mindfulness. I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker in my community work, and I am excited to be able to offer my services in private practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I also offer services in Japanese. For my patient's convenience, I offer Saturday hours. Please contact us to schedule your initial appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
