“Mal has been great. He is unbiased, fair, equal to address concerns and open the floor for each of us to speak uninterrupted. He is good at redirecting and refocusing tougher conversations that lead to some currently unrecoverable issues. He can make light of some things in small ways and make focus of the larger things without pressure to either of us to be or say any differently than where we are and how we are feeling. I am hopeful that this is still new enough where some continued and challenging directness of discussions will be raised with addressing concerns for both parts. He advised us at the very beginning that some sessions will be harder for one than the other , I feel his is a safe and trustworthy landing place for us to have mediated conversations about struggles we are having. Having tried briefly with two therapists previously , we both like Mal and are trusting his process. He is pretty funny too, he doesn’t bring up personal relatability (which we have had happen with others in past) in better terms- incredibly professional, open, unbiased, kind, non judgmental . Top notch so far for what I hope we need. Very appreciative of his work thus far with us.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
