I am seasoned in supporting clients battling anxiety and depression, as well as those experiencing grief and significant life changes. My approach is direct yet gentle. In sessions, clients will find a strength-based therapist who encourages acceptance of past and present selves without shame or guilt. Strengths are highlighted, and all feelings are acknowledged as important. My desire has always been to work in the health field, though not in a hands-on capacity. While in college, my grandmother underwent a life-changing medical procedure that deeply affected her and our family as a whole.
