Many people feel this way, especially in today's fast-paced and uncertain world. But it doesn't have to be that way. As your therapist, I'm here to offer you support and guidance. Think of me as a partner who will sit in the passenger seat of your bus as you navigate your way forward.
My name is Mandy Verastek, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I want to offer you a safe, judgment-free space to explore your emotions, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we can work to understand what's happening in your life and find ways to cope and thrive.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life satisfaction, unresolved traumas, relationship issues, or anything else-I'm here to help. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that meets your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at your own pace.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I benefited greatly from the sessions with Mandy. She was very easy to talk with and gave me suggestions on how to resolve my issues. I would have preferred to continue my sessions with her but unfortunately, my insurance was not in network with Grow Therapy.
