Many people experience anxiety, depression, and various other emotional struggles. Often, they feel there is no one they can trust or who truly understands them. The impact of this emotional suffering can make daily life painful and strain relationships with family, friends, and peers. I specialize in working with both male and female individuals and have found that we all face similar challenges while navigating our daily lives. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Northridge, which has equipped me with the skills to support and guide my clients through these difficulties.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During the first session we will explore what has been bothering you and form the goals based on where you would like to see yourself in the future. We will identify the areas of your life that you would like to explore and possibly change, and work on creating goals that we can measure and track over time.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
