This was my first time seeking out therapy ever and my experience makes it hard for me to want to seek out care moving forward. Marcela was very nice over the phone, however at the end of my appointment she told me I could schedule another visit with her if I would like, or if I wanted to see another provider thats okay too.... I thought this appointment was to establish care with her so I was very confused. She then told me she would reach out to me the next day and I never heard from her. Finally after 3 days I called the office where they could not even connect me to Marcelas office and said they would send her an email that I reached out, it has now been a week and I havent heard from anyone. I never want to leave anyone bad reviews, but considering I also work in Mental health and know the importance of communication with patients, this was a very poor experience and I would be sad to see this happen to someone who is really struggling.
