Marcella Fulton, LCSW

Psychotherapist
GA
Hi, I'm Marnie Fulton, an LCSW practicing in both Georgia and Florida. I work with clients ages 18 and up and am a collaborative provider, engaging with you in developing treatment goals and working together toward meeting them. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia and hold a Bachelor's degree from Oglethorpe University. My approach I'm very comfortable utilizing several evidence-based practices in our work together. Most often, I use CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman techniques. My focus I greatly enjoy working with clients experiencing chronic and/or terminal illness, grief and loss issues, and life transitions related to school, family, work, and relationships. Additionally, I support those facing depression, anxiety, addiction, infertility, exploring adoption, and clients considering divorce. My communication style Clients often tell me they feel comfortable and positive with my collaborative style. I'm warm, a great listener, and encourage you to be open to taking a deep dive into your areas of concern. My goals for you In our early sessions, we'll work together to establish two to three treatment goals-areas you wish to focus on initially. Since goals are fluid, you can expect them to evolve over time as we work together. My first session with you During our early sessions, we'll review your psychosocial history and develop an initial treatment plan. This plan will serve as a roadmap as we explore your goals and set forth a plan to meet them.
