Welcome! I believe God has a way of leading us to the right places at the right time, and I’m grateful you’re here. I work with adults who are seeking healing, freedom, and restoration — whether from trauma, relationship difficulties, or the everyday weight of life. My approach is both client-centered and faith-centered, blending evidence-based modalities and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. If you feel called to begin this journey, I would be honored to come alongside you in both therapy and faith, trusting God to guide the process of healing. My approach At the heart of my practice is a client-centered philosophy. I view you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to come alongside you, providing support, guidance, and therapeutic tools to help you meet your goals. Because each person’s journey is unique, I don’t rely on a single method. Instead, I adapt the process to fit your needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities. These include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Building awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and creating healthier ways of thinking and responding. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills. Internal Family Systems (IFS): Exploring and healing the different “parts” of ourselves with curiosity and compassion. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping you live in alignment with your values while making space for difficult emotions. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): A structured approach that focuses on decision-making, accountability, and developing healthier moral reasoning patterns. By integrating these approaches, we can explore what resonates best with you and gather insight into your growth process. This flexibility allows us to adapt therapy as your needs evolve, while always keeping your personal goals at the center. My ultimate aim is to provide a safe, collaborative space where meaningful healing and lasting change can unfold.
