I believe in practical tools to manage life's challenges and tailor therapy to your unique needs. My focus I work with people struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, career challenges, relationship issues, trauma, substance use, and PTSD. I enjoy clients willing to actively participate during and between sessions. My communication style I want you to feel comfortable and notice progress each time we meet. The ultimate goal is to eventually not need therapy because you've learned skills and mindsets to face life independently. My journey to mental healthcare Personal counseling experiences and difficult life events inspired me to become a therapist. It took many years, but I persisted, and it paid off. My goals for you Therapy is designed to help you meet YOUR goals. We will create and adjust these together throughout therapy. My first session with you Our first session will establish rapport, help me understand your reasons for therapy, and provide a basic roadmap for our work together.
