I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have over 25 years of experience working as a social worker in various settings, including rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and now in private practice as a psychotherapist. I specialize in helping clients cope with addictions and support them in entering and progressing through recovery, as well as managing grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Helping people navigate life’s changes and challenges is my passion. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you possess many strengths to help you overcome the obstacles you face. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash-pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
